What do I pay up front?+
Nothing. Basic is free and has no card. Buy Box Cartel only gets paid when your deal closes, out of the assignment fee.
How is the fee split?+
On Gold you keep 60% of the assignment fee and Buy Box Cartel keeps 40%. On Basic it is 50/50. Our share pays for marketing the deal, finding the buyer and taking it to closing.
What if it doesn't sell?+
Then nobody gets paid and you owe us nothing.
How do I know where my deal is?+
Every deal sits on your JV board and moves step by step as it happens, with an alert each time it moves.
Do I need Gold?+
No. Basic sends deals for free and keeps 50%. Gold keeps 60% of every fee and adds the tools to find and work deals yourself: Local Buyers, address lookups, and Hold My Hand Wholesale PRO. One $12,000 deal pays the extra $1,200 - years of Gold.
