Buy Box Cartel LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") is a technology platform that facilitates connections between real estate wholesalers and investors.

• We do not act as a real estate broker, agent, advisor, or fiduciary
• We do not participate in, negotiate, or guarantee any transactions
• All deals, communications, and agreements occur solely between users

You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and activities on the platform.

By registering as an investor, you provide clear, informed, and express consent to the following:

• Your profile information, including your name, email address, phone number, and business entity (LLC), may be displayed within the platform
• Your information may be unlocked and accessed by wholesalers who purchase access using platform credits ("cookies")
• Once your information is unlocked, it may be used by wholesalers to contact you regarding real estate opportunities

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Multiple users may purchase and access your information
• You may receive communications, outreach, or solicitations from wholesalers
• Buy Box Cartel LLC has no obligation to limit or control such communications

Once your information has been accessed by another user:

• Buy Box Cartel LLC has no control over how that user uses, stores, shares, or distributes your information
• You assume all risks associated with such access
• You release Buy Box Cartel LLC from any liability related to third-party use, misuse, or unauthorized distribution of your information

Buy Box Cartel LLC will:

• Never share your financial documents without your explicit approval
• Only facilitate access when initiated and approved by you

Buy Box Cartel LLC does not sell your personal data directly, but enables user-to-user access as part of platform functionality.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and truthful information
• Conduct independent due diligence on all opportunities
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• Use the platform in good faith and not for unlawful purposes

Buy Box Cartel LLC makes no guarantees regarding:

• Deal quality or accuracy
• User legitimacy
• Investment outcomes or profitability

All decisions are made at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buy Box Cartel LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Losses resulting from transactions between users
• Misuse of your information by other users
• Damages arising from sharing proof of funds or personal data

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buy Box Cartel LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your interactions with other users
• Your sharing of personal or financial information
• Any violation of these Terms

You may update or delete your account at any time.

However, you acknowledge:

• Information already accessed or unlocked by other users cannot be retrieved or deleted
• Buy Box Cartel LLC is not responsible for previously shared data

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court.

• Arbitration shall be conducted by a recognized arbitration organization (e.g., American Arbitration Association)
• The arbitration will take place in the State of Oregon
• Each party will bear its own legal fees unless otherwise required by law

You waive your right to a jury trial.

You agree that:

• Any claims must be brought individually, and not as part of a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding
• You waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit against Buy Box Cartel LLC

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any dispute is not subject to arbitration, it shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of those changes.

By checking the acceptance box during signup, you confirm that:

• You have read and fully understand these Terms
• You explicitly consent to your information being accessed via cookie-based purchases
• You explicitly consent to proof of funds requests requiring manual approval
• You understand and accept the risks associated with sharing personal and financial information
• You agree to be legally bound by this agreement
