Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of BuyBoxCartel.com and any related applications and services provided by Buy Box Cartel LLC ("Buy Box Cartel," "we," "our," or "us").

By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Buy Box Cartel is a technology platform that connects real estate wholesalers with cash buyers and investors.

• We are not a real estate broker, agent, advisor, or fiduciary
• We do not participate in, negotiate, or guarantee any transaction
• We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or investment advice
• Deals, communications and agreements are between users

Property information, valuations, repair estimates and comparable sales shown on the platform are estimates drawn from third-party data. They are not appraisals and may be wrong. You are responsible for your own due diligence and for your own investment decisions.

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter contracts
• You must give accurate information and keep it current
• You are responsible for your login details and everything done under your account
• Tell us promptly at support@buyboxcartel.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else

Where your account includes team members, you are responsible for what they do on the platform and for the permissions you grant them.

• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled
• Fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise
• You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers

Some features are paid for individually rather than by subscription. Where a paid feature fails to deliver what it promised, the platform may refund the amount spent according to the rules shown at the time of purchase.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for anything unlawful, or in breach of real estate, advertising, or telemarketing law
• Scrape, copy or resell data from the platform, including buyer and seller contact information
• Send messages or make calls to contacts obtained through the platform without the consent that the law requires
• Misrepresent who you are, your funds, or your authority to transact
• Attempt to gain access to accounts, systems or data that are not yours

You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a licence to host, display and process it so we can operate the platform and provide the service to you.

You confirm that you have the right to submit whatever you upload, including contact information about other people, and that doing so does not breach anyone's rights.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

What the messages are. Buy Box Cartel sends text messages about property deals, account and security notifications, and conversations with our dispositions team. Where you are working with a member of our team, they may text you directly about a specific property or transaction.

How you agree. When you create a Buy Box Cartel account you give us your mobile number and may tick a box agreeing to receive text messages from us. Ticking that box is optional: consent is not a condition of purchase. If you created your account before the box existed, a member of our team may text the number on your account about property deals. If you do not have an account, a member of our team may text you after speaking with you by phone, or in reply to a message you sent us. You can stop at any time by replying STOP, and stopping does not close or limit your account.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may also withdraw consent by any other reasonable means, including by email or by telling us during a call. We will action it within ten business days and send a single confirmation message.

How we collect consent. We publish the whole process, including screenshots of the software our team uses and the exact wording of every message we send, at buyboxcartel.com/sms-consent.

Calls. Our team may call the number you provide. Where a call is recorded, you will be told at the beginning of that call and may ask us not to record.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or that creates risk for other users or for the platform. Where circumstances allow, we will tell you why.

You can close your account at any time by contacting support@buyboxcartel.com. Some records are retained after closure as described in the Privacy Policy.

The platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data shown is accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability arising out of or relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost deals.

You agree to indemnify Buy Box Cartel LLC against claims arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these terms, or messages and calls you send to contacts you found here.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, where the change is significant, tell account holders directly. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
