BatchLeads Pricing in 2026: Tiers, Add-Ons, and the Skip-Trace Math

BatchLeads' published pricing runs from $119/mo to $749/mo across three self-serve tiers as of August 2026, per their public pricing page: Growth at $119/mo, Professional at $349/mo, and Scale at $749/mo, plus a custom-priced Enterprise tier on annual contracts. Skip tracing is included in the plans rather than billed per record — it draws on your monthly lead allowance — and the page advertises 40% off for annual billing without printing the discounted dollar amounts. Unlike some competitors in this space, the pricing is public, there's a 7-day free trial, and month-to-month subscribers can cancel any time per their own FAQ.

That's the summary. The rest is the detail a buyer actually needs: the tier table, the 40% annual math, what a skip-traced record really costs per record at different usage levels, the add-ons, the billing terms in their own words — and the one thing none of these prices buys: someone to sell your deal.

BatchLeads pricing tiers (as of August 2026)

All figures below are from BatchLeads' public pricing page (batchleads.io/pricing) as of August 2026:

Source: batchleads.io/pricing, as of August 2026.
PlanMonthly priceMonthly leadsMonthly exportsUsers
Growth$119/mo10,00020,0003
Professional$349/mo35,00070,0008 (adds discounted direct mail)
Scale$749/mo75,000150,00026 (maximum in-app discounts)
EnterpriseCustom pricing, annual contractsUp to 1,000,000Dedicated account manager

Three definitions that make that table make sense, all per their own pricing page and FAQ as of August 2026:

  • A "lead" is a saved record, not an inquiry. Their FAQ defines the monthly allowance as the number of new leads, property records, and agent contacts that can be added to a list each month. Pulling data is what consumes the meter.
  • Overage is 4¢ per record. Additional leads and exports beyond your plan's allowance are billed at 4 cents per record in-app.
  • The feature set is a full acquisitions stack. 1-click lead lists, BatchRankAI (limited on Growth), 130+ filters (their homepage figure), comps, driving for dollars with a mobile app, in-app direct mail, a built-in dialer, and unlimited storage on all listed tiers.

One housekeeping note: a number of older third-party roundups still describe cheaper "Personal" tiers that don't appear anywhere on the live pricing page as of August 2026. The current lineup is Growth / Professional / Scale / Enterprise, and the live page wins.

The "SAVE 40%" annual math

BatchLeads advertises 40% off for an upfront annual commitment, but as of August 2026 the pricing page doesn't print what the discounted plans actually cost in dollars. Applying their advertised 40% to their published monthly prices — our arithmetic, not their published figures — works out to:

Monthly prices per batchleads.io/pricing as of August 2026; the annual dollar figures are computed from their advertised 40% discount, because the page doesn't print them.
PlanMonth-to-monthAnnual, computed at their advertised 40% off
Growth$119/mo ($1,428/yr)≈$71.40/mo, ≈$857/yr
Professional$349/mo ($4,188/yr)≈$209.40/mo, ≈$2,513/yr
Scale$749/mo ($8,988/yr)≈$449.40/mo, ≈$5,393/yr

Before you take the discount, read the renewal term that comes with it. Per their pricing FAQ as of August 2026: "Annual subscriptions and contracts are automatically renewed unless a cancellation notice is prior to the one-year anniversary." Their words. The 40% is real money — about $571/yr saved on Growth by our math — but it converts a cancel-anytime subscription into a commitment with an anniversary date you need to calendar.

What a skip trace actually costs per record

This is the question wholesalers most often price-shop, so let's do it properly. As of August 2026, BatchLeads doesn't charge a separate per-record skip-trace fee: the homepage advertises "free skip tracing," and the pricing FAQ explains that saving a property to a list adds all available owner phone numbers and emails to the record. "Free" here means bundled — skip traces consume the same monthly lead allowance as everything else, with overage at 4¢ per record.

So the real per-record cost is your plan price divided by the records you actually pull. At full utilization, computed from their published numbers:

Prices, allowances, and the 4¢ overage rate per batchleads.io/pricing as of August 2026; the per-record column is our division, not a published price.
Plan (as of Aug 2026)Monthly priceLead allowanceEffective cost per record at full usage (computed)Past the allowance
Growth$119/mo10,000≈1.2¢/record4¢/record
Professional$349/mo35,000≈1.0¢/record4¢/record
Scale$749/mo75,000≈1.0¢/record4¢/record

The catch in that table is the phrase "at full usage." The per-record cost is utilization math: pull only 2,000 records a month on Growth and your effective rate is roughly 6¢ per record ($119 ÷ 2,000, computed) — above their own overage rate. Pull all 10,000 and it's closer to 1.2¢. Bundled pricing favors heavy users — the lighter your usage, the higher your effective per-record rate — so estimate your actual monthly pull before picking a tier, not the allowance you'd like to grow into.

Two more skip-trace notes. First, third-party articles quoting BatchLeads skip tracing at a separate per-record fee don't match the live pricing page as of August 2026 — skip tracing is plan-included. Second, the standalone skip-tracing product has moved brands: batchskiptracing.com now redirects to batchdata.io/batchskiptracing (BatchLeads is operated by Phoenix-based BatchService, consolidating under the BatchData brand), and that page publishes no per-record price as of August 2026 — pay-as-you-go and subscription tiers sit behind a sales contact.

Add-ons and direct-mail rates

The base subscription isn't necessarily the whole bill. As of August 2026, the pricing page lists:

  • Dialer AI — $89/mo, advertised with no per-minute fees.
  • Reia AI — $19/mo, their deal-analysis assistant.
  • Direct mail, in-app: letters at $0.79–$0.81 each, 4x6 postcards at $0.55–$0.58, and 6x9 postcards at $0.63–$0.64 (discounted on Professional and up, with maximum in-app discounts on Scale).

A fully loaded entry stack — Growth plus both add-ons — runs $119 + $89 + $19 = $227/mo (computed). And mail is where budgets actually move: a single 1,000-piece letter campaign is roughly $790–$810 at their published rates (computed), on top of the subscription. That's not a criticism — just the difference between the headline price and the operating cost of the machine.

Billing terms, in their own words (as of August 2026)

From BatchLeads' pricing FAQ as of August 2026, quoted so you can check each line against their live page:

  • Month-to-month can cancel anytime. Their FAQ states month-to-month subscribers "can cancel at anytime, and they will not be charged for the following month."
  • No partial refunds. "We do not offer partial refunds if you cancel before the end of your most recently paid billing cycle." Cancelling stops the next charge; it doesn't claw back the current one.
  • Annual auto-renews. Annual subscriptions and contracts renew automatically unless you give cancellation notice before the one-year anniversary.
  • 7-day free trial before any of it.

What reviewers say, for context

Price only matters if the product works, so here's the review picture as of August 2026, sample sizes included. On Trustpilot, BatchLeads scores 4.7 out of 5 across 1,350 reviews — 94% five-star, 2% one-star — with the positive reviews repeatedly crediting the support team: named reps, video walkthroughs, one-on-one troubleshooting. The mobile apps hold 4.7 on the Apple App Store (711 ratings) and 4.7 on Google Play (227 ratings). That is a genuinely strong scoreboard.

The other column: as of August 2026 the Better Business Bureau rates BatchLeads F and lists it as not accredited, with 9 complaints on file — and BBB's own stated rationale for the grade is failure to respond to those 9 complaints. Within Trustpilot's small 1-star tail, reviewers describe data-privacy removal requests as difficult; App Store negatives mention crashes and tag-sync issues. Those are individual reviewers' and complainants' accounts, not established facts — we report them next to the 4.7s because a 94%-five-star product with an unanswered-complaints F is exactly the kind of split you should check at the sources yourself.

The line item BatchLeads doesn't price: selling the deal

Here's the part of the cost math that never appears on a data platform's pricing page. BatchLeads is an acquisitions stack — lists, comps, skip tracing, mail, dialer. It does have buyer-side data: Cash Investor Search ("Quickly find buyers to unload, flip, or market your properties or services to," in their words) and an Advanced Cash Investor Search that filters buyers by equity, portfolio value, and mortgage details, plus an Agent Directory. But as of August 2026, its site describes cash-buyer search tools — not a buyer marketplace, not a dispo team, not a JV lane, and no success-fee way to have a deal sold for you. Disposition on BatchLeads means you search their data and run your own outreach.

So the true all-in cost of a BatchLeads-powered deal is the subscription plus whatever selling the contract costs you — your time working the phones, or a dispo partner's split. That's not a knock; it's a category boundary. It's also exactly where we sit, so here's our side of the ledger.

  • $6,704 average assignment fee on deals closed through the platform.
  • Investors pay nothing, ever. Browsing the marketplace and making offers is 100% free — no subscription — which keeps the buyer pool growing without a paywall filtering it.
  • Pro at $19.99/mo adds buyer-finding tools — Lightning Leads, the Buyers List / Cash Buyer Map, and a deal checker — while still using the JV lane to sell. VIP at $69.99/mo ($839.88/yr) lets you post your own deals and keep 100% of the fee.

Questions to ask before you commit to any data platform

Ours included. Whatever tool you're evaluating, get these answered before money moves:

  • What does a record cost at your real usage? Divide the plan price by the records you'll actually pull monthly — not the allowance ceiling — and compare that to the overage rate.
  • What's the total operating cost? Base plan plus add-ons plus mail or outreach spend. The headline price is rarely the bill.
  • What are the renewal and refund terms, in writing? Annual discounts often come with auto-renewal and an anniversary notice date — calendar it the day you sign.
  • Can you export what you build? A list you can't take with you was never really yours. Check export limits against your list size.
  • Where does the deal get sold? If the platform hands you data and the dispo is on you, price that labor into the comparison — or price a success-fee lane against it.
